Meet Chandler Reed
Dual-Certified PMHNP & FNP
Chandler Reed is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner who believes in treating the whole person — mind and body, working together. His approach blends evidence-based medicine and therapy with genuine curiosity and compassion.
With experience across psychiatry, addiction medicine, urgent care, and primary care, Chandler brings a well-rounded understanding of how mental and physical health intersect. He’s trained in advanced psychiatric treatments such as TMS, ketamine, and ECT, and integrates therapies like CBT, ACT, and DBT to help clients create meaningful, lasting change.
Clients describe Chandler as calm, present, and deeply engaged — a provider who listens closely and helps them feel seen. His philosophy is that healing is not a one-time event, but an evergreen process — ongoing, adaptive, and deeply personal.
Chandler has a special interest in supporting individuals navigating faith transitions, religious trauma, and recovery journeys. He is committed to creating a safe, affirming space for clients from all backgrounds, including those in the LGBTQ+ community.
Outside of his clinical work, you’ll find Chandler outdoors — running, mountain biking, or working in the garden — or immersed in music, a lifelong source of reflection and connection.
“Wholeness is not perfection, but the quiet grace of being unfinished, complete, and changing all at once.”
